Nexchip Semiconductor Corporation (“Nexchip”) was established in May 2015 as a joint-venture between Hefei City Construction Investment Holding (Group) Co., Ltd and Holding and Powerchip Investment Holding Corporttion. Nexchip is a semiconductor foundry specializing in integrated circuit production, which is the first foundry on 12 inch wafers in Anhui.
Our company is
located within the Hefei Comprehensive Bonded Zone of Xinzhan District, Hefei.
Phase I development consists of 12.8 billion CNY in investment began on October
2015, which consist of construction of the main building of Fab N1A1 and N1A2,
as well as the clean room of Fab N1A1. In our first stage of operations, we will
provide 150nm/110nm/90nm/55nm/40nm manufacturing services. In the future, we
will provide more process services to better serve the needs of our clientele. Our company was officially launched on the sse star market in May 2023．
