Mr. Tsai has decades of experience serving on the boards and holding various management positions in numerous technology and semiconductor companies. He has served as President/ Vice Chairman of Powerchip Semiconductor Corp., Chairman of VisEra Technology Crop., Partner of Tailink Venture Crop., CEO of Esprit Systems, Inc. and USA GM of Acer Inc. After being elected by the second board of directors, he officially served as chairman of Nexchip in April 2020.
Mr. Tsai graduated with a Bachelor in Control Engineering and Computer Science from Chiao-Tung University, Taiwan.

Mr. Lu began working in August 1995 in Hefei, where he served as Assistant to the Director and Deputy Director of the Huaihe Road Construction Command Center of Hefei City. He has been appointed to the Board of Hefei City Construction Investment Holding (Group) Co., Ltd.  and Holdings as Deputy General Manager. He began serving concurrently as the Vice Chairman of Nexchip in January 2017.

Mr. Lu graduated from Hefei University of Technology with a Masters in Civil Engineering.

Mr. Cooper Chiu joined Powerchip Technology in 1995 as Deputy Manager, and became Deputy Director at Rexchip in 2007.  By 2013, he was a Director at Micron Taiwan. In June 2016, he joined Nexchip Semiconductor Corporation,and served as  the Director of Fab N1A1 ,Senior Vice President of Operation, Vice President of Operations,Co - General Manager. 
Mr. Chiu is a graduate of Taiwan Cheng Kung University, with a Master in aeronautic engineering. 

Mr. Zheng joined Taiwan Industrial Technology Research Institute as Section Manager since 1998. From October 2002 to April 2019, he served as the Senior Department Manager of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company. In July 2021, he joined Nexchip Semiconductor Corporation,and served as Exploratory Technology Developing Center Senior Director,R&D Senior Vice President,Co - General Manager.

Mr. Zheng received his Ph.D. degree from Department of Materials Science and engineering from Sun Yat-sen University, Taiwan, China.

Ms. Zhu Xiaojuan began her career in 1986, when she worked in the Hefei Education Industry Company, Hefei Education Committee, Hefei Hejiu Railway Industrial Company, and later Hefei Construction Investment Company.From July, 2006 to November, 2015, she served as Vice Minister, then Minister of the legal audit department, and then the director of the discipline inspection office at Hefei construction investment holdings (group) co., ltd. During November, 2015 to September, 2017, she served as the party branch secretary of Hefei Golden Sun Energy Technology Co., Ltd. In September 2017, she joined Nexchip Semiconductor Corporation,  and served as a director, secretary of the party committee and deputy general manager of administration.

Ms. Zhu Xiaojuan studied at Anhui Open University with a major in library studies, Hefei Staff University of Science and Technology with finance and accounting major, and later received a MPA degree from China University of Political Science and Law .

Mr. Zhu began his career in 2002, when he has worked in the financial departments of the 43rd Research Center of CETC and the Anhui branch company of China Netcom, respectively.  Between 2006 and 2016, he has served as the Deputy Department Head of Finance at Hefei City Construction Investment Holding (Group) Co., Ltd and Holdings.  In March 2016,he joined Nexchip Semiconductor Corporation,and served as the Chief Accountant of Nexchip,the Vice President of Finance ,and Board Secretary.

Mr. Zhu graduated with a Bachelor in Accounting from Anhui University of Finance & Economics, and later received a MBA degree from Hefei University of Technology.  

Mr. Zhou Yiliang began his career in 2005 and has accumulated over 20 years of experience in semiconductor-related technology development and management. In March 2016, he joined Nexchip Semiconductor Corporation,and served as the role of Deputy Director of Sales, Assistant Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Sales.

Mr. Zhou Yiliang graduated from Anhui University with a Bachelor's degree in Applied Physics and later obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Science and Technology of China.
